Overall Turnover
Overall Turnover Propensity is the likelihood a team's offense will turn the ball over on a per-drive basis normalized to the defenses they have faced versus the propensity of the defense to take the ball away normalized to the offenses they have faced. It also takes into account the situation of the game when the drive started. Distributions are centered around 0 (average team).
